1. Bookings, Payments & Confirmations
All bookings made through Pionero DMC are subject to availability and final confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and a confirmation has been shared with you by our team. Prices displayed on the website or shared in quotations may change due to availability, seasonality, supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, taxes, or operational costs. Any additional charges or changes in price will be clearly communicated before final confirmation. It is your responsibility to review all booking details carefully before making the payment.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the destination, service provider, and type of booking. Cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of confirmation. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier cancellation fees and administrative charges. No refund shall be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures once the trip has commenced.
3. Amendments & Changes
Any request for amendments to confirmed bookings must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Pionero DMC cannot guarantee last-minute modifications, especially during peak seasons or high-demand periods.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, permits, and any required travel documentation. Pionero DMC shall not be held responsible for visa refusals, entry denials, delays due to immigration procedures, or failure to comply with health and vaccination requirements of the destination country.
5. Liability & Force Majeure
Pionero DMC acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and event organizers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, accident, or damage caused by third-party suppliers. Additionally, we shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, airline disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives where possible.
