• Company: Refers to Pionero LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wisconsin, USA.
• Agent (Client): Refers to any B2B travel professional, agency, or organization that contracts with the Company to provide services for their end clients.
• Services: Includes accommodations, transportation, catering, sightseeing, tours, and MICE programs facilitated by the Company.
• Agency Status: The Company acts solely as a Destination Management Company (DMC) and coordination agent.
• Independent Contractors: All travel arrangements—including but not limited to transport, hotels, and catering—are provided by independent third-party suppliers. These suppliers are not employees or agents of Pionero LLC.
• Non-Liability: Pionero LLC is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any such independent suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, or property damage resulting from their services.
• Net Rates: All quotes are confidential B2B net rates.
• Payment Responsibility: The Client is responsible for all bank wire and transaction fees (e.g., Wise or credit card processing fees).
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation as per the specific invoice.
• Final Payment: Must be settled in full prior to the commencement of services as per the agreed timeline.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds are subject to the specific terms of third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, etc.). Pionero LLC reserves the right to withhold non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.
• No refunds are provided for partially used services or missed activities due to traveller-related issues.
• Assumption of Risk: The Agent/Client acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks. Travelers voluntarily assume all risks related to health, accidents, and safety during the trip.
• Medical Issues: Pionero LLC is not responsible for any costs or disruptions arising from a traveller’s illness, injury, or medical emergencies.
• Food & Catering: While the Company facilitates catering arrangements, it is not liable for allergic reactions, food-borne illnesses, or dietary non-compliance by third-party providers.
• Requirement: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all passengers.
• Coverage: Policies must include coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses (including emergency evacuation), personal liability, and force majeure disruptions.
• Proof of Insurance: The Company reserves the right to request proof of insurance for any traveller.
• The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including weather, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or government travel restrictions.
• The Agent (Client) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pionero LLC from any claims or losses brought by endtravelers arising out of the services arranged, except in cases of gross negligence by the Company.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
• Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wisconsin, and the Agent hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
• Vehicle Usage: Maximum 11 hours per day; mandatory driver breaks apply.
• Tips: Mandatory tips apply (Driver: USD 3/person/day; Guide: USD 1/person/day). Hotel Policy: Standard check-in is 15:00; check-out is 11:00.
By signing this document, the Agent (Client) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Pionero LLC. The individual signing below warrants that they have the full legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of their organization.
